Our Pregnancy classes combine Yoga, breath and active birth. Move through the changes that come with this amazing journey. Learn to prepare for Birth. Find ways to help the body adapt and enjoy the benefits yoga can bring to you and your baby. We invite the partners to attend complimentary, where they will be given tools to help support their mothers to be and shown ways to get involved in that special day… And do a little yoga as well!!
If your are a practiced Yogi we welcome you within your first month onwards. If yoga is new to you we recommend commencement after your first trimester unless otherwise advised from your DR.
